I care about the things that make a character feel right: whether the bot stays in character, how good the greeting and scenario writing are, how easy it is to find quality cards among thousands of low-effort ones, and whether the generated images match the art style you asked for. I keep a running spreadsheet of every character I test so scores stay comparable over time.
